One Handle Wall Mount Tub Filler: Low Flow

This article explores different types of flow issues that may occur with a One Handle Wall Mount Roman Tub faucet. The type or description of reduced flow will help determine the proper repair.

A sudden overall reduction in water flow.


NOTE NEW INSTALLATION: If your faucet is experiencing this symptom immediately following initial installation confirm both Check Stop Valves are open. 

 Removable Stream Straightener Model: Select wall mount tub fillers are equipped with a removable stream straightener (D), check your original installation sheet for confirmation of this part. The trim kits include a removal tool (C)which allows the stream straightener to be removed for cleaning.

  • Clean Stream Straightener- Using the supplied tool remove and rinse to remove any debris that has passed through the system.
