Password Recovery Process

Instructions for recovering your U by Moen Smart Shower password.

his article includes detailed information on the U by Moen Smart Shower app, also known as the Moen Smart Water Network app or the Moen Smart Water app. 

 

  1. On the sign in screen in the U by Moen Smart Shower app, tap Forgot Password.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your U by Moen Smart Shower account and then tap Request.  This will send a token to the email address you entered.

  3. Check your email inbox for a password recovery email from Moen.  This reset token is valid for 30 minutes.  Copy the token that is provided in this email.

  4. Go back to the U by Moen Smart Shower app  and tap on Proceed

  5. Paste the token in the Token field.

  6. Enter the new password and then type the password again in the Confirm password field.  Your password must be at least seven characters long, contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.

  7. To save, tap Change

  8. You will be directed to the U by Moen Smart Shower app log in page.  Enter your email and the new password, then tap Sign In
