The Moen name will be on the faucet.
- CFG is part of the Moen family-http://www.cfgonline.com/
- Delta, Kohler, Price Pfister are not part of the Moen family.
Look at the markings on the faucet.
- A red and blue plug button is generally a universal symbol for hot and cold and is used by other companies including Moen.
- The numbering "A112.18.1" (which can appear on the water spout, aerator and/or spray wand) is not a model number.
- Kitchen faucets may have a number on the back of the water spout.
- Lavatory faucets may have a series of numbers on the front curve under the water spout.
- Some faucets may have a removable handle cap with the word Moen imprinted on it. That cap may have a number engraved on the underside of it.
- If a part is broken or has come off the faucet, there may be a component number located on that part. This number is not a part number, but may be helpful in model identification. For assistance researching a component number you've located on a faucet part, contact us at 1-800-BUY-MOEN.
