What is Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff?
The Flo Shutoff is an innovative device installed directly on your water line that monitors for leaks and immediately takes action to help prevent them. When the Flo device detects leaks, it will notify you and if you do not respond within 5 minutes, it can turn off the water supply to your house in order to prevent catastrophic leaks.

FloDetect
FloDetect is a fixture detection system which couples generic fixture data with learned fixture usage behaviors on a given home. It attempts to identify each instance of water usage by fixture TYPE. That is, not down to the individual fixture (toilet 1 vs toilet 2) but toilets vs appliance vs showers/baths, etc.

Moen Smart Water Network App
You can monitor and control your water from the Moen Smart Water App. In the app you can turn your home’s water on or off, set your device mode, view your water usage, view real time alerts and fine tune your Flo. The alerts received will be about high water usage, unusual flow rates and freeze warnings, so you can quickly dismiss or address potential leaks.
User.Meetflo.com
This is also known as the User Portal. You would type user.meetflo.com into your browser to access this site. You can do many of the same things that you can in the App, but the features are not as robust. This mainly serves as a site to go to so you can have some control over your Flo device in case you have lost your phone.
