How do I clean the screen filter in the control box?

Verify your faucet by identifying the control box under your sink

Turn off the water supply lines and remove the filter plug from the bottom of the control box using a flat-bladed screwdriver. Rinse debris from the screen, then reinstall. To clean the screen on hose "2" follow hose removal instructions here. Once removed, use two wrenches on the flat surfaces to separate the brass filter housing. Rinse screen of any debris and reassemble. When reinstalling the hose, confirm it is in place by giving a slight pull.
