   A. Download the Moen Smart Water App and add your Smart Faucet to the account. Link your Alexa account to your Moen account to enable this feature. If your accounts are already linked, then it's ready to use.

Q. If my Moen account is already linked to Alexa, do I need to enable touch functionality for my Moen Smart Faucet?

A. If your Moen account is already linked to Alexa, the touch functionality is ready to use.

Q.  How do I open the touch interface on Amazon Echo Show devices?

A. The touch interface will appear when you say, "Alexa, Ask Moen..."

Q. What can I do with Amazon Echo Show touch functionality and my Moen Smart Faucet?

A. With touch functionality you can start water, preheat water, dispense water at precise volumes and temperatures, and run presets you've created in the Moen Smart Water App.

Q. What does the Amazon Echo Show "Start Water" touch functionality do?

A. It starts running water from your Smart Faucet using the touch screen interface. 

Q. What does the Amazon Echo Show "Preheat Water" touch functionality do?

A. It warms your water to a specific temperature using the touch screen interface. 

Q. What does the Amazon Echo Show "Dispense Quantity and Temperature" touch functionality do?

A. It dispenses a specific amount of water at a precise temperature from your Smart Faucet using the touch screen interface.

Q. What does the Amazon Echo Show "Run Presets" touch functionality do?

A. It allows you to select and run the Smart Faucet presets you've created in the app through the touch screen interface. 

Q. If I want to switch between voice control and touch control, do I need to change my Smart Faucet settings?

A. You can use voice control or touch control without having to change any modes or settings for your Smart Faucet.

Q. How do I create presets for my Moen Smart Faucet to use on the Echo Show?

A. You can create presets in the Moen Smart Water App. Download the app, select your desired faucet, click the "Presets" tab and easily create custom presets by clicking the plus icon. 

Q. Does the touch interface work with other Moen Smart Water Network products?

A. The Amazon Echo Show touch interface currently only applies to Moen Smart Faucets.
