How To: Remotely Turn Water On-Off
There are several ways that you can turn your water on or off via the Moen Smart Water App, Flo by Moen App or at user.meetflo.com. Follow the steps below to perform this function:
Turn Water On/Off Using the App
Please note, most users are on the Moen Smart Water Network App. The Flo by Moen App is being sunsetted. Moen will contact current users when it is their time to convert to the Moen Smart Water Network App.

Open the App and from the home screen, go to the section titled ‘Whole Home Controls’ and then tap the toggle switch for the Flo Shutoff device you would like to turn on or off.![]() |

Turn Water On Using in the App’s After a Critical Alert
If you receive a critical alert, you can open that alert and control your water from the alert.

Open up the App, under the section titled “Attention Needed”, tap on the down pointing carrot. A drop down menu will appear, select your Critical Alert (note: you will not be able to turn your water on/off from a Warning or Information alert) |

At the bottom of the Critical Alert, tap on the on/off toggle at the bottom of the screen to turn the water back on. |
Turn Water On/Off Using user.meetflo.com
To turn your water on or off, log onto user.meetflo.com. On the home page, select the Flo Shutoff device you would like to turn on or off. There is a toggle button for Water. Click on it to turn your water on or off.
