Lavatory Drain

Moen make three types of faucet drains: A Lift Rod drain that uses a rod located on the back of the faucet to open and close the drain, a Grid drain and a Spring Loaded drain (This type of faucet may have a nonfunctioning lift rod located on the back of the faucet) that is pushed down to close the drain and pushed again to open the drain.  Most lift rod and some specialty drains come with Moen lavatory faucets.  Once you have determined which type of drain system you have, please follow the guide below to help service your drain assembly.

If the drain came with the faucet, it will follow the faucet warranty.
