Why Is My Faucet Turning On Unintentionally?

 

Dual Sensor Models Built Prior to 2015

1. Is your power source plugged in correctly to your control box?

2. Have you tried doing a reset? Click here for reset instructions.

3. Did you stay down long enough while the faucet was booting?

4. Did you allow a 3' path?

5. Are your batteries good?

6. Are they installed correctly in the battery pack? Click here for image.

Before connecting battery pack, insure that no objects are within 3 feet of the faucet sensors. Objects could interfere. Plug the power cable back into the control box, stay 3 feet away from sensors and wait at least 10 seconds before standing in front of the faucet.

7. Have you installed lithium or rechargeable batteries?

Lithium batteries are not recommended. Use Alkaline batteries only

9. Did the battery holder cable unplug while the faucet was running?
