 Looks like you got your Flo by Moen Smart Water Shutoff added to your location and paired to your home Wi-Fi. Nice!

Before you can start protecting your home and saving water, the next step is to get your Smart Water Shutoff installed on your main water supply line. If you have your own plumber or installer that you would like to work with, the next step is to contact them to schedule an appointment.

If you've installed your Smart Water Shutoff and still see the "Needs Install" message, please allow up to 24 hours for your device to recognize it is installed. If available, perform a software update and allow the Smart Water Shut off to reboot.

 ** If you purchased your Smart Water Shutoff through American Water Resources (AWR), you will be contacted within 2-3 days of pairing your device in order to schedule your installation. If you do not hear from AWR, please call 1-866-641-2177 or visit AWRUSA.com/flo.
