Delete Your Moen Flo App Account
This article contains information relevant to the Moen Flo App, which was formerly known as the Moen Smart Water Network app, Moen Smart Water app, Moen app, and Flo by Moen app.
There are instances you may want your Moen Flo App Account deleted, including any information associated with your account.
This action is permanent and not reversible.
Before deleting your account
If you have any active devices on your account, please remove each active device under the Setting tab of each device: How to unlink your Moen Flo Shutoff Device.
Deleting your Moen Flo app account
- Tap on the settings (gear icon) at the bottom of the app.
- Tap on the name associated with your account.
- Tap on Delete Account.
