Password Recovery

This article contains information relevant to the Moen Flo App, which was formerly known as the Moen Smart Water Network app, Moen Smart Water app, Moen app, and Flo by Moen app

 

If you set up a separate password for the Moen Flo app, please see the following instructions for resetting your password:

  1. On the Moen Flo app login screen, tap Forgot Password.
     
  2. Type your email address in the email address field and then tap Reset Password.
     
  3. Type in your new password and then tap Save. The password must contain 8 characters, 1 upper-case, 1 lower-case, and 1 number.
     
  4. A code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code and then tap Verify Code to complete.

 

If you logged into the Moen Flo app using your Facebook, Google, or Apple account, you will need to reset your password directly through Facebook, Google, or Apple. You can do this by clicking on the Facebook, Google, or Apple icon under "Or sign in with" on the login screen, select "Forgot Password", and then follow the onscreen instructions.
