Needs Install Message

This article contains information relevant to the Moen Flo Shutoff, which was formerly known as the Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff system.

When your Moen Flo Shutoff is paired to your home Wi-Fi and added to your location in the app, you will see a "Needs Install" message in the app.

Before you can start protecting your home and saving water, the next step is to get your Moen Flo Shutoff installed on your main water supply line. If you have your own plumber or installer that you would like to work with, the next step is to contact them to schedule an appointment.

Once the Moen Flo Shutoff is installed on your main water supply line, this message will clear within 24 hours.
