What is an Alert?
An alert is a notification that keeps you informed about your system. The alerts can be critical in nature, warnings, or general system notifications. Depending on your notification settings, alerts may be sent by push notification, text, email, or via phone call. You can view your alerts in the Moen Flo App or through the User Portal. To view Alerts from your Moen Flo App, tap on the Alerts menu at the bottom of the app.
