How do I determine what size my Moen Flo Shutoff is?
The size of the Moen Flo Shutoff can be identified on the device.
The picture below shows a part breakdown of your device.
Remove the device cover (Blue cover located on the right side of the picture below) to access the pipe part of the Moen Flo Shutoff. There, you will find the model number.
Look for the following model numbers (and corresponding sizes):
- 900-001: 3/4”
- 900-006: 1”
- 900-002 1-1/4”
How do I change the size of the Moen Flo Shutoff I entered in the Moen Smart Water app?
When you add your Moen Flo Shutoff to the Moen Smart Water Network app, you are asked if your device is 3/4", 1", or 1-1/4". If you entered the wrong size and would like to correct this, please contact Moen Smart Water Support at smarthome@moen.com to update this information.
