WLAN Settings
If you are having issues with connecting your Moen Flo Shutoff to your homes WIFI network, please make sure that the following settings and configurations are enabled in your Network Settings.
- Router and/or access point must be compatible with 802.11 b/g/n and work on 2.4 GHz.
- Network name (SSID) can be hidden or visible. If yours is hidden you must know the exact name of your network.
Note: Your phone doesn’t need to use the home’s 2.4 GHz band and may remain on 5 GHz. On iPhone, still connect temporarily to the Shutoff’s network when prompted, then return to the app and select the 2.4 GHz home network for the Detector.
