How To: Do a Hard Reset

This article provides step by step directions on how to do a hard reset of the Moen Flo Shutoff.
- On your Moen Flo Shutoff, press and hold the "Reset" button for 20 seconds.

After 20 seconds, once the STATUS LED starts blinking quickly (LED located on the left side), let go of the button.

Allow 1 minute for the device to reboot.
If the device does not reboot automatically, unplug the AC adapter from the outlet for 20 seconds and plug back in.
