Delete Your Moen Smart Water App Account
There are instances you may want your Moen Smart Water App Account deleted, including any information associated with your account.
This action is permanent and not reversible.
Before deleting your account
If you have any active devices on your account, please remove each active device under the Setting tab of each device: How to unlink your Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff from your Moen Smart Water account.
Deleting your Moen Smart Water app account
- Tap on the settings (gear icon) at the bottom of the app.
- Tap on the name associated with your account.
- Tap on Delete Account.
