Moen Smart Water App Homes

How to Add, Remove, and change a Home's name in the Moen Smart Water Network app. Homes were previously called Locations in a older version of the Moen Smart Water app and currently the Flo by Moen app.

Up to 100 Homes can be added to a Moen Smart Water app account.

Add a Home

  1. To add a Home, tap on the “+” at the top of the Home tab.

  2. Tap “Add a Home”.

  3. Enter home nickname and then tap Save Home

Remove a Home

  1. To remove a Home, tap on the Settings (gear icon) at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Tap on Homes under Global Settings.

  3. Tap on the Home you would like to delete.

  4. Tap on Remove Home.

If there are any devices located in this home, you will need to remove or move all device(s) associated with that home.

Change Home's Name

  1. To change a Home's name, tap on Settings (gear icon) at the bottom.

  2. Tap on Homes.

  3. Tap on the Home you would like to edit.

  4. Tap on Save Changes.
