Enable Moen Alexa Skill

This article contains information relevant to the Moen Flo App, which was formerly known as the Moen Smart Water Network app, Moen Smart Water app, Moen app, and Flo by Moen app.

The Moen skill allows you to control your Moen Smart Water Network products—currently the Moen Smart Faucet, Smart Sprinkler Controller, and Smart Sump Pump Monitor—with Alexa. The Moen Smart Water Network is a growing collection of connected products that provide unmatched water management and control experiences all with the sound of your voice through your favorite Alexa device.

The following steps are for enabling the Moen skill in the Amazon Alexa app. You must first download and install the Alexa app on your phone. These instructions are for both iOS and Android.

1. In the Moen Flo app, tap on Settings.
    
2. Tap General Settings.
    
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Amazon Alexa.
    
4. Tap the Open Amazon Alexa button.
    
5. Tap Enable.
    
6. Sign in using your Moen Flo app login.
