What are temperature definition and how can I set them?

Temperature definitions apply to Smart Kitchen Faucets only. Temperature definitions refer to when you specify cold, warm, or hot, they will automatically dispense at the temperature you set. If you set your definition of “hot” to 110ºF, then you ask your voice assistant to dispense “hot water,” then you will get water at 110ºF. To set these, go to your settings in the Moen Smart Water Network App, tap General Settings, and define your temperatures.
