Moen Smart Pulldown Touchless Faucet with Voice Activation-VAK: How to recover your password for the Moen Smart Water app

This article includes detailed information on the Moen Smart Water app, also known as the Moen app or the Moen Smart Water Network app.

 

If you set up a separate password for the Moen Smart Water Network app, please see the following instructions for resetting your password:

  1. On the Moen Smart Water app login screen, tap Forgot Password.
     
  2. Type your email address in the email address field and then tap Reset Password.
     
  3. Type in your new password and then tap Reset Password. The password must contain 8 characters, 1 upper-case, 1 lower-case, and 1 number.
     
  4. A code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code and then tap Verify Code to complete.

 

If you logged into the Moen Smart Water Network app using your Facebook, Google, or Apple account, you will need to reset your password directly through Facebook, Google, or Apple. You can do this by clicking on the Facebook, Google, or Apple icon under "Or sign in with" on the login screen, select "Forgot Password", and then follow the onscreen instructions.
