Reset WiFi Credentials for Smart Faucet
This article includes detailed information on the Smart Faucet, also known as the U by Moen Smart Kitchen Faucet. It also refers to the Moen Smart Water app, also known as the Moen app or the Moen Smart Water Network app.
If you recently changed to a new internet provider, received a new router, or if your router configuration changed, you can update your WiFi password and WiFi network name for your Smart Faucet without removing the device from your Moen Smart Water app account.
On the home screen of the Moen Smart Water app, tap the reconnect icon for the device you would like to reconnect. This will send you through the original setting up steps you took when you initially set up your Smart Faucet.

You will then need to prepare your faucet to be configured. Within a few seconds after power cycling your control box, the LED on faucet sensor will be blinking amber and blue. If you do NOT see the amber/blue lights on the LED on the faucet sensor after power cycling the control box, hold down the reset button for a few seconds with something small and pointed such as a paperclip. You should hear one beep immediately and then another one a few seconds later.

If you hold down the reset button for more than 12 seconds (a third set of beeping), it will reset all of your device settings and your history will be lost.
