Cannot operate Controller using smart phone?

If you are having problems with operating your Smart Sprinkler Controller using your smart phone, please make sure your phone is on the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network as the Smart Sprinkler Controller.  Make sure your home has an adequate Wi-Fi signal throughout the home for the Smart Sprinkler Controller to have continuous access to.  If you find you have a connection issue, please visit Can’t connect your Controller to Wi-Fi?. Make sure the LED on front of the Smart Sprinkler Controller is on and a solid green color.  If you find the the LED is another color or flashing, please visit What do the LED indicator lights mean on my controller?.
If you are still experiencing problem, please access the Support page through the Settings tab within the Moen Smart Water Network application.
