Cannot find your Moen smart device in your Wi-Fi list?

If the Smart Sump Pump Monitor cannot be found in your Wi-Fi list during setup through the Moen Smart Water Network application, you may need to reset the Sump Pump Monitor back to its factory default settings. To do so, please follow the steps below:

  1. Cancel out of the current setup operation

  2. Hold the button on the unit for ~3s until you hear a double beep (low, high), and the LED will begin to blink blue/amber. This will put the unit into provisioning mode.

  3. From the Moen Smart Water Network application home screen, tap the plus '+' symbol and within the Quick Add popup, tap Add a Device & finish adding your Sump Pump monitor to your account.

  4. If this did not work, please remove the battery for 5 seconds then place it back in & try adding your Sump Pump monitor to your account.
