Is the Moen Smart Sprinkler Controller compatible with wired flow sensors?

Yes, Moen's Smart Sprinkler Controller is compatible with residential 3rd party hardwired flow meter / sensor that are two-wired. To install, remove the cover to the Smart Sprinkler Controller and connect the flow meter / sensor wires to the F- and F+ terminals of the Smart Sprinkler Controller. Once properly connected, log into the Moen Flo application, navigate to Settings, and tap the Device tile.  Within the Device page, enable the toggle for Flow Meter.
