What do I need to know prior to installation?

This article contains information relevant to the Moen Flo App, which was formerly known as the Moen Smart Water Network app, Moen Smart Water app, Moen app, and Flo by Moen app.

Prior to the installation of your Smart Sprinkler Controller, you will need to ensure you have the following: a new or existing irrigation system installed, access to the Smart Sprinkler Controller, an outlet close by the location of where the Smart Sprinkler Controller will be installed, an adequate 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi signal, and a smartphone with the Moen Flo application installed.  You will also need to the following tools to aid in the installation: Philips head screwdriver with a 1/8" flathead and an optional level.
