How do I install the Leak Sensing Cable?

The Monitor comes with a 6 ft (1.8m) leak sensing disc. This allows the monitor to detect if there is water near the sump pump area,and subsequently alert the user to its presence. To install the cable, simply plug the cable into the Monitor and then route the cable & disc with metal contacts on the ground near the sump pump area.
