Cannot find your Moen smart device in your Wi-Fi list?
The Monitor will only be ready to establish a connection for five minutes after powering up. If you cannot see the device’s Wi-Fi connection in your phone’s network list, it has most likely timed out. If it has timed out, the blue and amber lights will no longer be flashing. Try unplugging the Monitor from the outlet and remove the 9v battery from the monitor, wait 10 seconds, then replace the battery and re-plug the monitor into the outlet. An unconnected device will be ready to establish a connection. If this does not work, try resetting the Monitor. Hold down the reset button for a few seconds. You should hear one beep immediately and then another one a few seconds later."
