The Moen Smart device will be ready to establish a connection for ten minutes after powering up. If your device is not flashing blue/amber, put your unit into provisioning mode by holding the button on the unit for three seconds until you hear a double beep (low, high). The device LED will begin to blink blue/amber, indicating the device is in provisioning mode. If that does not work, unplug the device from the wall and disconnect the 9V battery. Reconnect the battery and plug the device back into the wall. The device LED will begin to blink blue/amber, if not, the device may already have been connected to another network.
