Is this your first time setting up your Sump Pump Monitor and the blue and amber lights are not flashing?
The Moen Smart device will only be ready to establish a connection for five minutes after powering up. If your device is not flashing blue/amber, try unplugging the Monitor from the outlet and remove the 9v battery from the monitor, wait 10 seconds, then replace the battery and re-plug the monitor into the outlet. The device should start flashing blue and amber. If that does not work, the device may have already been connected to another network. Reset your device by holding down the reset button for a few seconds until you hear a single beep followed 3 seconds later by two consecutive beeps."
