How to change the email address on your Flo by Moen account
Change the email address on your Flo by Moen account:
NOTE: You will need access to the old and new email accounts to complete this process. If you do not have access to both emails, please send a written request from one of the two emails at support@meetflo.com with your name, current Email address, phone number, address and the new email address.
- Using a web browser, go to user.meetflo.com and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings (located at the upper right corner) and select User Profile:
3. Select the Change Email tab:
4. Enter your new Email twice:
5. A first email will be sent to your old email address.
Check your inbox and verify your old email address by clicking on the button (Depending on your Email provider, the email may be in your SPAM/JUNK folder):
Your Flo by Moen account email needs to be verified.
Please confirm your email address by clicking the button below.
6. You will be redirected to the user portal:
7. A second confirmation email will be sent to your new Email address:
Check your inbox and verify your old email address by clicking on the button (Depending on your Email provider, the email may be in your SPAM/JUNK folder):
Your Flo by Moen account email needs to be verified.
Please confirm your email address by clicking the button below.
8. You will be redirected to the user portal:

10. Done! You can now sign in with your new email address.
