How to change the email address on your Flo by Moen account
Change the email address on your Flo by Moen account:
NOTE: You will need access to the original email account to complete this process. If you do not have access to the original email account, you will need to unlink the device(s) from the Flo by Moen account, download the Moen Smart Water Network app, create an account with the new email and pair the device(s) in the Moen Smart Water Network app
If you have access to the original email account, send an email from that account to smarthome@moen.com. In the email include the following information
- Account email address
- Name on Account
- Address on Account
- Phone number associated with account
- What is new email address you would like to use on your Flo by Moen account?
Once we receive the request, the information will be reviewed and then the email on your Flo by Moen account will be changed.
