Is the Moen Flo Shutoff compatible with a hot water re-circulation loop?

The Moen Flo Shutoff is compatible with hot water re-circulation pumps. In the event automatic shut-off of the home’s water supply through the Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff, it is recommended that the re-circulation pump is turned off to avoid any unnecessary wear to the re-circulation loop system.

In addition, it is recommended that the power or pilot to the water heater or boiler also be shut off.
