 Standard warranty applies to both provided required installation guidelines are met.

The Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff includes a 1 year limited warranty which covers any manufacturer defects. If the Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff is out of warranty, you may have to pay for the replacement of the device if a plumber is used.
