What do I do if Flo shuts off my water?

  • Flo by Moen app, also known as the Smart Water Network app or the Moen Smart Water app 
  • Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff, also known as the Flo by Moen Water Shutoff 

If the Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff shuts off water to your home, it has most likely taken action due to a critical condition, like prolonged water use or high rate of water flow. Check your alert history to see why the water was shut off. Once it is safe to do so, turn your water back on through the Flo by Moen app.

To turn your water supply ON using the Flo by Moen app, please follow the directions below:

1. Select your Location

2. Select your Device

3. Tap or slide the on / off switch at the bottom of the screen to allow water to flow back into the home

You can also open or close your Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff using the manual switch.
