eBidet Troubleshooting:

Snag_c011c79f.png
eBidet: The eBidet seat does not turn on

If your eBidet won't turn on, start by ensuring that the power cord is firmly plugged in. If it still won't power on, press the power button for 3 seconds. It's also possible that a fuse or ground fault could be tripped, in which case you will need to unplug the power cord from the outlet, reset the GFCI or fuse, and plug the power cord back in to verify the outlet has power.

eBidet: The dryer blows cold air

First, check if the dryer switches on and off properly, and adjust the temperature of the dryer according to the instruction guide. If the dryer still blows cold air, the heating element may be damaged, so please contact Moen for assistance.

eBidet: The water temperature blue light is flickering

A flickering light indicates a low battery, so you'll need to replace the batteries in your remote.

eBidet: Remote control is not working

First, check if any water splashed on the remote. Wipe off any water with a dry towel and allow the remote to dry before use. If the remote still won't power on, replace the batteries and contact Moen for further assistance if you continue to encounter issues.

eBidet: Water isn't spraying from the nozzle

First, make sure the water supply is fully on and check the supply lines. Then, check if the water supply valve is closed and ensure that it's open. Next, check if the water filter is blocked. If it is, you'll need to clean or change the filter in the t-fitting.

If there is still no water from the nozzle, the nozzle may be blocked, in which case you will need to clean the filter in the t-fitting.

eBidet : Water pressure is weak during cleaning

If you're experiencing weak water pressure during cleaning, check if the water pressure switch is set to low. Then, check if the inlet filter or nozzle are blocked, and clean or change the water filter in the t-fitting.

eBidet: Unusual water flow from the nozzle

First, try cleaning the bidet nozzle. If you still experience unusual water flow, try resetting your eBidet by unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in.

eBidet: The water temperature is not warm enough

Check the water temperature setting of your eBidet and adjust it using the remote control.

eBidet: The nozzle is always leaking

Constant leaking may indicate that the solenoid valve is stuck open. Try activating either the front or rear wash to reset the valve, and if you still encounter issues, contact Moen for assistance.

eBidet: The cleaning function is not working normally

If the cleaning function isn't working, your seat sensor may not be working properly, so please contact Moen for assistance.

eBidet: Water flows from the nozzle for a brief period

Water briefly flushes through the nozzle prior to each usage, so water flowing from the nozzle is normal.

eBidet: The seat temperature is too low or is not hot

Check if the temperature of the seat is in the "Off" position. If so, you'll need to adjust the temperature of the seat according to the instruction guide.

eToilet Troubleshooting:

eToilet does not turn on or has no power

If your eToilet has no power, ensure that the power cord is not damaged and make sure that it's firmly plugged into the outlet. If the power light is still off for the eToilet, press the "Adjustable Dial" for 3 seconds and the power light should turn on.

It's also possible that a fuse or ground fault could be tripped, in which case you will need to unplug the power cord from the outlet, reset the GFCI or fuse, and plug the power cord back in to verify the outlet has power.

eToilet: Dryer blows cold air

First, check whether the dryer is switched off. If it's off, adjust the temperature of the dryer according to the instruction guide. If the dryer is still blowing cold air, the heating element may be damaged and you'll need to contact Moen for assistance.

eToilet: The seat temperature is too high or low

Check if the temperature of the seat is in the "Off" position. If so, you'll need to adjust the temperature of the seat according to the instruction guide.

eToilet: Water temperature blue light is flickering

A flickering light indicates a low battery, so you'll need to replace the batteries in your remote.

eToilet: Remote control is not working

First, check if any water splashed on the remote. Wipe off any water with a dry towel and allow the remote to dry before use. If the remote still won't power on, replace the batteries and contact Moen for further assistance if you continue to encounter issues.

eToilet: The eToilet does not flush

First, check that your eToilet is plugged in and that the outlet is working properly. If the bowl of your toilet is empty and not flushing, ensure that the water supply is fully turned on.

If you can hear the valve flushing, but water isn't flowing:
1. Check the water supply lines and make sure they are intact.
2. Ensure the supply valve is open.
3. If the problem persists, contact Moen for assistance.

If the eToilet has a continuous flow of water, try resetting it to factory settings by unplugging the power cord, waiting 1 minute and plugging it back in. Contact Moen for assistance if this issue persists

eToilet: Foot touch sensor doesn't work

The foot touch sensor may be damaged if the soft-close feature isn't working. Try resetting your eToilet to factory settings by unplugging the power cord, waiting 1 minute and plugging it back in. Contact Moen for assistance if the problem persists.

eToilet: Water isn't spraying from the nozzle

First, check the water supply to see if it's off. Then, check if the water supply valve is closed and ensure that it's open. Next, check if the water filter is blocked. If it is, you'll need to clean or change the filter in the t-fitting for the eToilet.

If there is still no water from the nozzle, check that the supply house is intact. You may need to unkink the water supply line or replace it if it's damaged. Finally, if the nozzle and/or dryer function are not working, clean the filter in the t-fitting.

eToilet: Water pressure is weak during cleaning

If you're experiencing weak water pressure during cleaning, check the water pressure setting of your eToilet and regulate the water pressure according to the instruction guide. The inlet filter also may be blocked, in which case you'll need to clean the filter in the t-fitting.

eToilet: Unusual water flow from the nozzle

First, try cleaning the bidet nozzle. If you still experience unusual water flow, try resetting your eToilet to factory settings by unplugging the power cord, waiting 1 minute and plugging it back in.

eToilet: Water temperature isn't warm enough

Check the water temperature setting of your eToilet and adjust it using the remote control.

eToilet: The nozzle is always leaking

Constant leaking may indicate that the solenoid valve is stuck open. Try activating either the front or rear wash to reset the valve, and if you still encounter issues, contact Moen for assistance.

eToilet: The cleaning function is not working normally

If the cleaning function isn't working, your seat sensor may not be working properly, so please contact Moen for assistance.
