  1. Disconnect the pivot rod clip (#6) from the pivot rod strap (#5). Loosen the lift rod strap screw (#4) until the pivot rod (#1) lifts out from the top of the spout.
  2. Insert a 7/32" Hex wrench into the pivot rod hole in the top of the faucet and rotate back and forth until the spout lifts off. See "Image 1".
  3. Remove the O-ring (#3).

  1. Carefully slide the new O-ring(#3) on into the groove on the brass shaft.
  2. Apply the lubricant that came in the package with the new O-ring (#3) to the O-ring (#3).
  3. Slide the spout (#2) back on and insert a 7/32" Hex wrench into the pivot rod hole rotating the Hex wrench clockwise to tighten the spout (#2).
  4. Slide the pivot rod (#1) back into the spout (#2) and through the hole on the top of the strap rod (#5), see "Image 2". Tighten the lift rod strap screw (#4).
  5. Reconnect the pivot rod clip (#6) to the pivot rod strap (#5).
