How to Replace a Soap Dispenser Pump

To Disassemble:

1. Gently pull the soap dispenser (#1) straight up and off of the counter.

2. Slide the old pump/straw (#2) from the dispenser head (#1). If replacing the pump/straw because it broke off inside straw (#2) inside of the dispenser head (#1), you may need a pair of needle nose pliers or tweezers to carefully remove it.

To Reassemble:

1. Slide the new pump/straw (#2) assembly into the dispenser head (#1), ensuring the pumps/straws (#2) pointed end is facing down. Fill a glass with warm water and pump the water through the soap dispenser (#1) to prime the pump/straw (#2) before inserting it back into the countertop.

2. Gently push the soap dispenser (#1) back into the base until it is firmly seated.
