Shower Faucet: Leaking Issues- 1/2" Exact Temp Valve
This article is designed to troubleshoot leaking issues with the 3301 and 3321 1/2" Exact Temp valve. The valve was introduced in 2000 and retired in 2006.

Continuous Leaking: The shower system continues running or dripping with the handle in the off position. |
Replace the 1248 flow cartridge, see article 1248 Cartridge: 1/2" Exact Temp Valve |

Water is leaking from around one of the handles. |
