Wave Faucet Reset (After 2018)

This article is a quick guide to restoring faucet to the factory settings. The information is for faucets with a black and gray control box installed after 2018

Preparation: This Faucet Reset process requires that the water supply shut off valves are left on. If you are servicing anything else on the faucet, the water supply shut off valves must be turned off- see article How to Turn Off the Water Supply to the Faucet.

1. Disconnect the power cable (either battery pack cable or the ac adapter) and the data cable (the flat black cord) from the control box (both the battery pack cable and the ac adapter will be round black cords). Wait sixty seconds with both the power cord and data cord unplugged.
