How many holes are necessary in my sink deck to install my kitchen faucet?

Our kitchen faucets come with a wide variety of mounting adaptations. Single-handle faucets are available that mount through 1, 2, 3 or 4 hole  applications. Two-handle faucets come in 3 and 4 hole applications. If your existing faucet is covering up the holes, you can look under the sink to see how many you have.
