How do I determine what size my Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff is?

The size of the Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff can be identified on the device.

The picture below shows a part breakdown of your device.

Remove the device cover (Blue cover located on the right side of the picture below) to access the pipe part of the Flo. There, you will find the model number.
Look for the following model numbers (and corresponding sizes):

  • 900-001: 3/4”
  • 900-006: 1”
  • 900-002 1-1/4”

How do I change the size of the Moen Smart Water Monitor & Shutoff size I entered in the Moen Smart Water app?

When you add your Moen Smart Water Monitor & Shutoff to the Moen Smart Water Network app, you are asked if your device is 3/4", 1", or 1-1/4". If you entered the wrong size and would like to correct this, please contact Moen Smart Water Support at smarthome@moen.com to update this information.
