How To: Add or Edit Phone Number in the App

By adding your phone number to you account, you have the option of receiving alerts by phone call or text. A phone number is not required, however, without one you will not receive text or voice notifications. The following instructions will show you how to add or edit an existing phone number in the Moen Smart Water Network app and Flo by Moen app.

 

Moen Smart Water Network App

1. Tap on Settings (gear icon) at the bottom of the screen.

2. Tap on your account information at the top.

3. Tap on Phone Number.

4. Enter the phone number you would like to send alerts to and then tap Save Changes.

Flo by Moen App

1. Tap on Settings (gear icon) at the bottom of the screen.

2. Tap Edit next to your name under User Profile.

3. In the "Phone Number" field, enter the phone number you would like to send alerts to. 

Make sure you also enter the country code when entering your phone number. (US and Canada's country code is "+1"). If you do not enter a country code, you may receive a "Phone number is invalid" error.
