My Moen Flo Shutoff or Moen Smart Water app is stuck in sleep or learning mode, what do I do?

The Moen Flo Shutoff starts in Learning Mode to learn the home’s water habits before being set in Home Mode. During this period, Moen Flo Shutoff is not protecting the home because it is learning what "normal" usage looks like.

Also during this period, the user cannot change the Moen Flo Shutoff Mode as the mode option is grayed out and disabled.
