Where Do I Find My Flo by Moen Account Email?
Your Flo by Moen account is used to log into the Flo by Moen app and user.meetflo.com. You can find your Flo by Moen account email in the Flo by Moen app. A Flo by Moen account is also created when you add a Flo Smart Water Monitor & Shutoff or Smart Leak Detector for the first time in the Moen Smart Water Network app.

1. In the Moen Smart Water Network app, tap on Settings (gear icon). |
2. Tap on General Settings. |
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see "Flo by Moen Account". |
"Flo by Moen Account" is the email address you used for your Flo by Moen account. This may or may not be the same email as your Moen Smart Water app account.This email is used for logging into user.meetflo.com. If you do not remember the password you created for your Flo by Moen account or forgot your password, tap "Forgot Password" at the user.meetflo.com login screen to reset your Flo by Moen account password. |

1. If you are logged into the Flo by Moen app, tap on the Settings (gear icon) at the bottom of the Flo by Moen app. |
2. Tap on Edit next to your name under User Profile. |
The email for your Flo by Moen account will be listed under "Email" on this page. |
