How to Hard Reset my Moen Flo Shutoff

This article contains information relevant to the Moen Flo Shutoff, which was formerly known as the Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff system.

On your Moen Flo Shutoff, press and hold the "Reset" button for 20 seconds.

1. RESET BUTTON 2. VALVE LED 3. STATUS LED

After 20 seconds, once the STATUS LED starts blinking quickly (LED located on the left side), let go of the button.

Allow 1 minute for the device to reboot.
