Is this your first time setting up your Controller and the blue and amber lights are not flashing?
If you are setting up your Smart Sprinkler Controller for the first time and the LED is not flashing Blue/Amber which indicates the device is in setup mode, then you may need to reset it back to its factory default setting. To perform a factory reset, take off the front cover to the Smart Sprinkler Controller and press and hold the reset button. You will hear the initial reset tone and then a second reset tone a few seconds after. The LED at this point should be flashing Blue/Amber. Before continuing with the setup, unplug the power from the Smart Sprinkler Controller and wait for about 10 seconds before plugging the power back in. Once the LED starts flashing the Blue/Amber, you can continue with installing your Smart Sprinkler Controller.
