How can I share access of my Flo account with family, roommates or others?

Your Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff can only be linked to one account at this time. If you would like to share control and viewing, have the person you would like to share access with download the Moen Smart Water app on their device and log in with your credentials. At this time you can only add one phone number and one email to an account, however, if you choose to share your account login and password with others, they will be able to access the account from multiple devices simultaneously and will get the same view and push notifications. Please consider any privacy concerns before sharing your account information.
