What is Health Test Interrupted?
Health Test Interrupted is an Information Alert notifying you that the Health Test ran from your Flo by Moen App was interrupted as a result of a water fixture being in use during the Health Test, and therefore the Health Test was aborted. Before and during any Health Test, your water fixtures cannot be in use.
What do I do about Health Test Interrupted?
If your Health Test was interrupted, please inspect all fixtures and make sure that they are properly closed before attempting to run another Health Test. Walk around your home to look and listen for any signs of water activity. Avoid using any water during this test to allow the Health Test to complete.
