Water Usage History

This article includes detailed information on the: 

• Flo by Moen app, also known as the Smart Water Network app or the Moen Smart Water app 
• Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff, also known as the Flo by Moen Water Shutoff 

To view your home’s water usage data, open your Flo by Moen app and click on the graph icon at the bottom center of the screen. 

You may view your water usage by the day, week, month, or year. Simply choose your desired date range in the chart at the top of the screen. Additionally, you may use custom date ranges to help ensure the integrity of your water meter reading (and accuracy of your water bill)*. Choose ‘custom’ at the right of the screen, then choose the dates you’d like to view.

* Please note that the Water Usage History feature is not a substitute for your water meter reading, as your Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff water reading and water meter reading operate differently. For example, depending on the location of your installations on the water supply line, your Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff and water meter may not cover the same water usage.

Instead, your Water Usage History may be used to make broad comparisons against your water meter reading to help clarify water usage from certain parts of your home for a given time period.
