Enabling And Disabling Sensors (2012-2015)

The guide below will help you to disable and enable your MotionSense: Dual Sensor-Hands Free Faucet. It is for faucets using the all gray control box that has six hoses.
Faucet Sensors:

Front Sensor
Both Sensors
Control Box 8/12-3/14

Disable:

1. With the handle in the on position (pulled out away from the faucet), hold hand above wave sensor for 5 seconds. 

2. The front sensor is now disabled.

Enable:

1. With the handle in the on position (pulled out away from the faucet), hold hand above wave sensor for 5 seconds.

2. The sensor is now enabled.

Disable

1. With the handle in the off position (pressed in towards the faucet), hold a hand over the top sensor for 5 seconds.

2. The water will turn itself on, then off. Both sensors are now deactivated.

Enable

1. With the handle in the off position (pressed in towards the faucet), hold a hand over the top sensor for 5 seconds until the water begins to run again.

2. The sensors are now enabled.

Control Box 3/14-Present

Disable:

1. With the handle in the on position (pulled out away from the faucet), hold your hands over both sensors for five (5) seconds.The blue light on lower front sensor will blink once after five (5) seconds indicating the lower front sensor is disabled.

2. The front sensor is now deactivated. Turn the handle off (pressed in towards the faucet).

Enable:

1. With the handle in the on position (pulled out away from the faucet), hold your hands over both sensors for five (5) seconds. The blue light on the lower front sensor will blink once after five (5) seconds.

2. The sensor is now enabled. Turn the handle off (pressed in towards the faucet).

Disable:

1. With the handle in the on position (pulled out away from the faucet), hold your hands over both sensors for ten (10) seconds.The blue light on lower front sensor will blink after five (5) seconds and again after ten (10) seconds indicating both sensors are disabled.

2. Both sensors are now deactivated. Turn the handle off (pressed in towards the faucet).

Enable:

1. With the handle in the on position (pulled out away from the faucet), hold your hands over both sensors for ten (10) seconds. The blue light on lower front sensor will blink after five (5) seconds and again after ten (10) seconds indicating both sensors are enabled.

2. The sensors are now enabled. Turn the handle off (pressed in towards the faucet).
